· Number of Staff – Headcount 30, FTEs 17.29
· Type of staff:
o 2:1 OTR to COTA ratio
· Patient Ratios – Typically 8-10 assigned to OTR/s day
· Type of equipment – general acute care DME
· EMR - Meditech
