nJoin our team as an Acute Care Speech-Language Pathologist in Boston, MA! This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled clinician to make a difference in the lives of patients. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for providing high-quality care.
Position Details:
n Contract position for 26 weeks, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.n
Required: 3+ years of pediatric feeding and swallowing experience.n
Independent completion of Pediatric assessments is necessary.n
Local candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be compensated at a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate.n
Preferred Experience: NICU, Pediatric Inpatient Floor, Pediatric Intensive Care, trach and vent, Outpatient Clinical Feeding Evaluations, EPIC.n
Required Certifications: MA State Licensure, ASHA Certification, Current CPR Certification.n
Preferred: FEES Competency.n
Responsibilities:
n Flexibility with patient care needs is essential, including transitioning between inpatient care, outpatient care, and MBS.n
Attendance at all team meetings during working hours is required.n
Completion of SLP Department training upon start, with sign-off on Pediatric SLP Competencies.n
Adherence to SLP Department standards for patient care and documentation.n
Clinician will report to and be supervised by the Pediatric SLP Section Leader.n
