Schedule: Day Shift 5*8s 40hours/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Call: On-call/callback; weekends & holidays per unit needs
Experience: 2 years Anesthesia Tech experience
Certification: BLS
Preferred Education: 4-year degree with related technical training, or 2-year college education with related technical training 2 years experience, or equivalent combination
Preferred Certification: Certification through the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists or another nationally recognized certifying body
Clinical Support: Assist with anesthesia equipment, monitors, medications/supplies, difficult intubations & central line placement
Equipment: Operate/troubleshoot anesthesia machines, infusion pumps, nerve stimulators, defibrillators, transport monitors & fiberoptic bronchoscopes
Cases: Cardiac, liver transplant, vascular, thoracic, trauma & other advanced surgical procedures
Cell Saver: Operate cell-saver machine and track lab reports
Responsibilities: OR room setup, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, specialized equipment support, staff training and backup shift-supervisor duties
Additional: Support anesthesia for out-of-OR procedures and ensure specialized equipment availability across hospital units
Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move Two (2) Year's Experience highly desired Highly desired BLS preferred (American Heart Association ONLY) Nice to have
