Travel Automation Analyst Remote

Full time, United States

In this role, you will support and review low level complexity help desk requests.

As a Travel Automation Analyst, you will

Provide a proactive and consultative approach to programming basic entry level solutions

Learn, understand, and adhere to department guidelines and procedures consistently

Provide basic troubleshooting for key information related to client concerns, programming errors, and escalations

Focus on basic routine requirements gathering and routine writing

QC Web updates per help desk requests

Provide an on-going resource for OBT and QCE implementation projects

Submit requests to detach and/or attach global standard optional or custom routines

QC Web account creation for project implementations

About you

Prior experience in the travel industry, should include MidOffice Applications knowledge as part of an organized technology team

Strong hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the travel reservation process

Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

Excellent organization and time management skills

Proven customer service skills

Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems is a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Business Analyst 1, CSS Travel Automation is between $58,000 and $62,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
