Job description
St. Croix Hospice seeks a Clinical Leadership Trainer to ensure all clinical leaders receive required training.
You will travel to branch locations and develop and maintain a comprehensive training program for leadership across Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas, coordinating with regional teams to close training gaps. The role requires an RN license, a nursing degree, hospice experience, and proven leadership in staff development.
