n Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Labn
Location: Houston, TX 77082n
Assignment Length: 13 weeksn
Schedule: 12-hour day shiftsn
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per weekn
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010n
Shift Pattern: One full weekend plus two weekdays per four-week schedulen
Start Date: September 14, 2026n
Job Requirements
n Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensen
At least 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab or similar procedural / critical care settingn
Current BLS certificationn
Current ACLS certificationn
Strong teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced procedural environmentn
Electrophysiology (EP) experience is preferredn
Comfort working with procedural guidelines, including universal precautions, time-out procedures, and moderate sedation protocolsn
Responsibilities
n Provide nursing support during cardiac and vascular procedures in a high-acuity Cath Lab environmentn
Assist with left and right heart catheterizationsn
Support procedures such as pacemaker/ICD placement, Watchman, IR procedures, vascular cases, and EP ablationsn
Monitor patients closely before, during, and after proceduresn
Collaborate with Cath Lab technologists and the procedural team to ensure safe, efficient patient caren
Maintain accurate documentation using clinical and hemodynamic systemsn
Float to pre/post Cath Lab as neededn
Follow all unit policies, safety standards, and procedural best practicesn
