General Information
nJoin our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on cardiac care, providing critical support to various procedures.
Unit Specifics
n Number of Beds: 7 holding beds
Patient Ratios: As per facility standards
Staffing Description: Includes unit secretaries and availability of technicians
Type of Equipment: GE Innova, Impella
Documentation System: MacLab, Meditech
Scheduling Requirements: Self-scheduling; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with STEMI call approximately 10 to 12 days a month
Floating Policy: Will float within departments of EP and Stress Lab
n Patient Experience Requirements
n Commitment to exceptional patient experience and quality care.
n Qualifications
n Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Advanced Skills: Experience in PCI, PFO closure, Impella, and IABP.
Requested Skill Set: Cath Lab experience, Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR.
n Procedures Performed on Unit
n TAVR
PFO closure
Atherectomy
PCI
Right/Left Heart Catheterization (R/LHC)
Impella/IABP management
Implants
Direct Current Cardioversion (DCCV)
Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
