Job Description
nThe Registered Nurse will function as a float nurse within the Psych/Rehab department, providing care to patients and ensuring compliance with facility policies. The position requires versatility and adaptability to different clinical settings, focusing on patient recovery and therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
n Provide nursing care to patients in the Psych/Rehab department.
Administer medication and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
n Active RN license in the state of Florida.
Previous experience in a psychiatric or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
