Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab RN with previous Cath Lab/IR experience for a hospital-based position requiring on-call availability.
Details
Cath Lab unit with 2 labs and 5 patient bays
Provides pre, intra, and post care for cardiac patients
Uses GE/MacLab equipment
Documents in Meditech
Monday through Friday schedule,
After-hours on-call responsibilities required
Unit averages approximately 3 STEMI cases per month with minimal callback burden
Requirements
Active RN license (GA or Compact)
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Previous Cath Lab/IR nursing experience required
Additional Information
Must wear royal blue scrubs as required uniform
Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
