Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. This role involves working within a dynamic cardiac catheterization lab environment, providing high-quality patient care while utilizing advanced technology and techniques.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a consistent schedule from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no on-call responsibilities, weekends, or holidays required.
Facility Overview
This medical facility is a full-service acute care center offering a wide array of services, including 24/7 emergency care, inpatient and outpatient surgery, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and specialized cardiac procedures. The center is equipped with cutting-edge medical technology to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Maintain and prepare equipment and materials for procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during procedures.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
Certification or licensure as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist.
Relevant experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is based in Lake Nona, FL.
