Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greenville, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel RN Cardiac Telemetry | Greenville, SC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, 3x12s (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM) Experience: 2 years in Cardiac Telemetry Patient Ratio: 1:4 Beds: 32 EMR: Epic (1 year of Epic experience required) Travel Experience: Not required; first-time travelers need 3 years of specialty experience Block Schedule: Not available Weekends: Every other weekend, with flexibility required Floating: Required as needed Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Key Skills: Cardiac monitoring and EKG interpretation Dysrhythmia management Heparin protocols and cardiac drips (no titration) Heart failure and post-MI patient care Pre/post cardiac catheterization and angiogram care IV therapy and medication administration Oxygen administration and continuous telemetry monitoring Additional Information: Adult and geriatric patients 16 hours of non-billable orientation Flu vaccine required; no exemptions COVID-19 vaccine not required About Bestica We are a trusted provider of solutions in Information Technology and Healthcare sectors to the DoD, Federal and Commercial markets.
