*Orientation twice monthly Duke Lifepoint Hospital 355 beds Home to the Frye Regional Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU 32 bed ED, 29 bed inpatient rehab, 15 bed surgical suite & imaging Frye South Campus comprises of an 81 bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital **Local Rate: $48 - candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel** Unit Profile Facility Name: Frye Regional Medical Center Floor: Telemetry Trauma Level: N/A Position Information: • Facility Department/Cost Center: Telemetry 6260 • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN • Specialty: Cardiac • Number of Openings: 2 • Shift: P/A • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend • Call Requirements: N/A • Required Certifications: BLS & ACLS • Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years • Float Requirements: N/A • Additional Notes: May occasionally be required to float to IMCU, NPCU and/or Surgical. Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 24 • Patient Ratios: 4:1 • Equipment: Life Paks, Zoll, Masmio, Cerner • EHR: • Supervisor: • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Generalized cardiac patients ranging in ages from young adult to elderly adult. Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: Life Pak, Zoll, Masimo • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Cerner • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Chest Pain, A‑fib, CHF, Pre & Post care for cardiac caths (groin & radial), VATS • Personality Fit: Family oriented unit. • Required Education: Associates Dress Code: • Scrub Color: You may wear any color scrubs you would like. • Any unacceptable attire: N/A
