Job description
Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position in a high-acuity cardiac telemetry unit located in the South St. Louis County area. This assignment involves caring for patients with arrhythmias, heart failure, chest pain and related conditions. Start 09/14/2026 and end 12/14/2026; nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
The travel role requires 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour night shift schedule and potential float to other units as needed. Housing and benefits are provided by Cross Country Nurses.
