Job Description:
n Start date: 10/12/2026n
Floating Expectation: Non
Ratios: 1:20n
Years of experience required: 2 years of acute care hospital case management experience, specifically in care coordination and discharge planning. Hospital experience is a must.n
First-timers accepted: Yes - Clinical will screen first-time travelers.n
Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation to meet department needs.n
CA state license: Required. Pending licenses accepted, but must be licensed upon start date.n
RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days.n
