Overview: Position: CCU Registered Nurse Location: Lewiston, Maine Department: Coronary Care Unit Shifts Available: Days Pay: up to $624 - $720 gross pay per shift ; equivalent to $52.00 - $60.00 per hour. We place talented candidates with our partner healthcare facilities with the shared goal of providing exceptional, compassionate care. * Paid Weekly * Award-winning hospital partners across the nation * Dedicated career specialists to support you every step of the way * Immediate and flexible opportunities to create your career journey * Tailored career pathway where you can thrive personally and professionally Responsibilities: * Monitors quality of care, documentation, and regulatory compliance. * Implements immediate care plan changes to promote patient safety. * Conducts patient and family rounding to enhance the patient experience. * Serves as a resource for patients, families, and staff. * Provides direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing ratios. * Supports daily unit operations and communicates patient care or safety concerns. * Manages staffing, scheduling, and assignments. * Supervises, coaches, and evaluates staff; assists with performance management. * Ensures adequate supplies, equipment functionality, and inventory levels. * Coordinates with departments to support efficient admissions, transfers, and discharges. * Oversees nursing staff and patient care during assigned shift. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING * Current and valid state RN * Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain * Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain * Minimum of one year staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; Critical Care setting required * Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain #appcast Pay Transparency: Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $52.00 to $60.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
