Job description
Pilot Flying J in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for shaping business plans, achieving sales and profit objectives, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires 2–3 years of retail management with P&L accountability, the ability to lead and develop teams, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends or holidays.
