Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager in Minnesota to oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will mentor and develop teams, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure strong customer service while maintaining P&L accountability.
Excellent leadership, integrity, and the ability to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays are required. Compensation ranges from $63,600 to $92,235 per year, with benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.
