Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center in Dickson, Oklahoma. You will lead the generation and execution of business plans to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets, while building strong teams.
You will hire, coach and develop staff, conduct regular meetings, drive sales, manage P&L, and create a customer-focused culture in a fast-paced retail environment. Relocation may be required after training.
