Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Site General Manager to oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to hit sales, profit, and customer-satisfaction targets, while building and coaching strong teams from staffing to training.
Responsibilities include driving sales, managing team members, and performing P&L analysis; must meet customer expectations and lead meetings with staff.
