Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center operations. You will lead the development and execution of store and restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
You will build and coach teams, manage staffing, conduct meetings, and drive P&L performance while maintaining a customer-focused culture and flexible schedule.
