Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for the generation and execution of business plans to achieve sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.
The role includes building, coaching and developing teams, driving sales, managing inventory, maintaining vendor relationships, and performing P&L analysis. Flexible schedule with nights, days, weekends and holidays required.
