Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will lead the development and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to hit standards, sales, profits and customer satisfaction.
The role includes building, coaching and managing teams, conducting staff meetings, maintaining vendor relationships, driving sales, tracking inventory, delivering excellent customer service and performing P&L analysis.
