Job description
Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will lead the development and execution of business plans to meet sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets while building strong teams.
Responsibilities include driving sales, managing staff, and performing P&L analyses to optimize performance. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced retail environment.
