Requirements:
Active PA COTA License
BLS via American Heart Association
Education:
State license/Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
Medlivo Therapy Job ID # . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
