Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Location: Lancaster, WI Total Travel Package(For FT Only): $2,126 /week *Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package* · Taxable wages: $888.00 · Weekly lodging allowance: $770.00 · Weekly meals / incidentals: $476.00 Requirements: • 1-2 Years experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy services including treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, and documentation.
