Job Description
nWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position involves working night shifts with an alternating schedule that includes four 8-hour shifts one week and five 8-hour shifts the next. The typical shift hours are from 18:30 to 03:00.
Responsibilities
n Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to pediatric and NICU patients.
Utilize Epic for efficient patient charting and documentation.
Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and coordinate patient care.
Administer respiratory treatments and monitor patient progress.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
n Qualifications
n Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Experience in NICU or Pediatric settings is preferred.
Must possess a valid Minnesota RRT license or be in the process of obtaining one prior to the start date.
NBRC RRT certification required.
Experience with Epic is preferred.
Must be at least 25 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
Current certifications in NRP, PALS, and ACLS are required.
n Additional Information
nScrub color required for this role is Dove Gray. The unit primarily deals with respiratory diagnostics and therapy.
