Allied Support for Kids is seeking a travel Clinic Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Wasilla, Alaska.

Job Summary (List Format):
n
n- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, including two SLPAs, in a reputable pediatric clinic.
n- Manage a partial client caseload, allowing dedicated time for supervision and team management.
n- Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide education and support regarding clients' care.
n- Conduct diagnostic and assessment services for pediatric clients.
n- Develop individualized plan of care and treatment goals for clients.
n- Ensure consistent documentation and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
n- Lead team-building efforts, manage staff, and provide training and mentorship.
n- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapy and Speech services.
n- Opportunity to help grow and shape the clinic’s practice and instill best practices.

nQualifications:
n
n- Master’s degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
n- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, with a focus on pediatric populations.
n- Eligible for or holds an Alaska state license.

n- Salary stipend plus pay-per-session model (total income $120-135K+).
n- Paid training, PTO, and paid holidays.
