Annashae Healthcare Staffing is currently filling a 1099 Contract position available with our client in Zanesville, OH for an opportunity as a Pharmacist.
Location: Zanesville, OH
Start: 10/12/2026 - 01/11/2027
Shift: Variable

Minimum Requirements
Pharmacy License for OH or Compact as applicable
Applicable recent experience in this work setting
Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications: active Ohio Pharmacist license
Equipment/Procedures: Epic Willow Inpatient, pharmacokinetic dosing, warfarin management
Weekend/Call: Weekend = Required; Call = None stated
Experience: 1 year
