Position Overview
Genesis Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment. The Pharmacist will work approximately 40 hours per week on a varied schedule, including evening and weekend coverage.
Requirements
Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing – REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin
Experience with warfarin management
Epic Willow Inpatient experience preferred, but not required
Travelers without an active Ohio Pharmacist License will not be considered
Additional Contract Information
Facility may cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
Cancellation hours may be taken in increments other than 12-hour shifts and will be documented on the facility time report.
Start date, end date, and all requested time off (RTO) must exactly match the confirmation page and traveler contract.
All RTO must be disclosed at the time of submission. RTO submitted after confirmation may not be honored.
Agency contracts must mirror the confirmation page exactly. Failure to comply may affect the agency’s status with the Genesis Healthcare vendor network.
