Job description
Sutter CPMC Van Ness Campus is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a travel assignment in San Francisco, CA. This non-retail role focuses on assessing patient health problems and optimizing medication therapy to meet goals of care.
The assignment runs for 13 weeks starting 11/02/2026, with a 40-hour workweek and 5x8 day shifts. Travel and housing arrangements are coordinated by the client.
