Job description
Elara Caring is seeking a Travel Clinical Team Manager to lead nursing and therapy teams across the travel region. You will ensure timely, high-quality home health and hospice care while coordinating staff, referrals, and clinical protocols.
You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and related professionals, maintain HIPAA privacy, and drive policy compliance across agencies while navigating a dynamic travel schedule.
