Job Description
nJoin our dynamic team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and work in an acute inpatient rehab setting. You will engage with a diverse population, primarily focusing on geriatrics, and play a crucial role in providing therapeutic interventions and support.
Responsibilities
n Assist in the evaluation of patients and the development of treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions based on established goals and patient needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with physical therapists and other team members to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate records of patient care in the EHR system.
n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
n Current COTA certification.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related setting preferred.
Experience with geriatric patients is highly desirable.
