Travel COTA - Home Health
American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a Home Health position in SE Minnesota, requiring at least 1 year of experience.
Position details:
Home health and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
Monday through Friday schedule, flexible 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM shifts
Utilizes Net Health and Home Care Home Base charting systems
No on-call or call-back requirements
Onsite therapy supervisor available
Productivity expectations of 87% in SNF and 95% in Home Health settings
Requirements:
Current BLS certification required
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
License required if applicable
New graduates considered
Valid driver's license required for consideration
Additional information:
Provide occupational therapy services across home health and SNF settings
Non-supervisory role
Candidates residing within 80 miles may be considered local
Local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate
