Travel COTA - Home HealthAmerican Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a Home Health position in SE Minnesota, requiring at least 1 year of experience.Position details:Home health and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settingsMonday through Friday schedule, flexible 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM shiftsUtilizes Net Health and Home Care Home Base charting systemsNo on-call or call-back requirementsOnsite therapy supervisor availableProductivity expectations of 87% in SNF and 95% in Home Health settingsRequirements:Current BLS certification requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience requiredLicense required if applicableNew graduates consideredValid driver's license required for considerationAdditional information:Provide occupational therapy services across home health and SNF settingsNon-supervisory roleCandidates residing within 80 miles may be considered localLocal candidates accepted at a lower pay rate
