Job description
Travel COTA - Inpatient
American Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an Inpatient position in Lawton, OK, offering day shift hours across rehab and acute care units.
Inpatient rehabilitation unit and acute care unit setting
Rehab caseload averages 12 patients
Opportunities for co-treatment sessions with PTA in acute care
Day shift with flexible start times based on unit needs
Weekend rotation required approximately 3 times per quarter
No on-call requirements
Current NBCOT certification required
Current BLS certification (AHA) required
Active OK state license required if applicable
New graduates will be considered
Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient rehab and acute care settings
Collaborate with PTA staff for co-treatment sessions
Red scrub color required
No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
Local candidates within 50 miles will be considered at a reduced rate
Recent traveler experience preferred but not required
First-time travelers will be considered
Former direct employees of the facility are not eligible to return through an agency until 6 months after their former employment ends
