Travel COTA - RehabAmerican Traveler is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an Inpatient Rehab position requiring BLS certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience.Inpatient rehabilitation unit settingDay shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Patient population includes adults with CVA, TBI, amputation, orthopedic conditions, and other neurological disordersUtilizes Epic EMR system (preferred experience)LTAC (Long Term Acute Care) experience preferredCurrent BLS certification requiredState license required if applicableMinimum of 1 year of experience requiredEpic EMR experience preferredExperience with rehabilitation modalities including lymphedema management and static splints preferredProvide occupational therapy services including assessment, plan of care, and discharge planningDuties include activities of daily living training, adaptive equipment use, and community re-entry planningExperience with amputee, CVA, TBI, and orthopedic rehabilitation preferredFirst-time travelers will be consideredRTO limited to 2 requests per contractScrub colors permitted: black, grey, plum, light blue, teal, wine, navy, and royalPrevious employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
