Travel COTA - Skilled Nursing Facility
American Traveler is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with SNF experience for a 13-week day shift contract at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lakeport, CA.
Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lakeport, CA, near Clear Lake, approximately 125 miles northwest of Sacramento
81-bed facility
8-hour day shifts
13-week contract
Active CA COTA license required (license required if applicable)
Current BLS/BCLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience required
3 references from 3 most recent employers required for consideration
DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
Candidates who have completed at least one 13-week SNF assignment are preferred, though this is not a strict requirement
Local candidates are accepted for this position
