Concentric Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Cartersville, Georgia.

Candidates residing within 50–100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted.

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call Required
Key ResponsibilitiesFunction as a float pool nurse with the flexibility to rotate across multiple units including Emergency Department, ER Hold, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU
Deliver safe, high-quality patient care with nurse-to-patient ratios of up to 1:6 in Medical-Surgical settings
Adapt clinical practice to meet the varying needs of diverse patient populations across units
Adhere to unit-specific protocols, compliance requirements, and orientation schedules
Work assigned major holidays as required per contract terms; no block schedule requests will be accommodated
Required QualificationsActive Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
Must maintain full compliance with all onboarding requirements; core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing and all compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to start
Must be fully flexible with scheduling — no block schedule requests accepted; no RTO or schedule changes permitted post-offer or during orientation week
Maximum of 7 days of RTO per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate
Preferred Experience / SkillsPrior travel nursing experience is a plus; first-time travelers are eligible and welcome to apply
Experience across multiple acute care settings (ED, Telemetry, PCU, Med-Surg) is highly desirable
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new environments and varying patient acuity levels
