Job description
Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse in Escondido, California. This assignment runs 13 weeks with a night schedule and 3 x 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
Start date is 09/21/2026 for 2 openings, with Cerner charting experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $2,412 to $2,642 weekly, with exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance from day one, housing options or stipends, and a generous 401(k) match.
