Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license
Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Able to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols
Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to ICU patients
Assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, and responding to emergencies
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Providing education and support to patients and their families
Accurately documenting patient history, interventions, and outcomes
