American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Danville, Virginia.

Description American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ARRT certification and at least 1 year of CT experience.
Details 250-bed academic community hospital radiology department with a daily census of approximately 100-110 patients
Patient population is mostly adults and geriatric with seldom pediatric cases
Common diagnoses include PE, stroke, kidney stones, appendicitis, chest pain, abdominal pain, and MVA trauma
Equipment includes GE VCT 64 slice and GE Brightspeed 16 slice CT scanners
Uses Meditech EHR
Night shift schedule 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Wednesday
Every other weekend required
No call requirements
No floating requirements
Requirements ARRT certification required
CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
Strong critical thinking skills for CT tasks
License required if applicable
Additional Information Team player with a positive attitude valued for this role
Scrubs of any color accepted; no jeans or leggings permitted
Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel rate
Candidates cannot have worked permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
