CT Technologist – Travel Contract

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | Monday–Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging procedures on adult and geriatric patient populations, with occasional pediatric cases
Operate GE VCT 64-slice and GE Brightspeed 16-slice CT equipment proficiently
Document and manage patient records using Meditech EHR
Apply critical thinking skills to support imaging of common diagnoses including PE, stroke, kidney stones, appendicitis, chest pain, abdominal pain, and MVA trauma
Collaborate as a team player within the Radiology department on the second floor of a 250-bed academic community hospital
Adhere to facility dress code and comply with random drug screening and criminal background consent requirements
Required Qualifications
Active ARRT certification required prior to start
Current CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
Strong critical thinking skills and CT imaging competency
Must consent to random on-site drug screening and complete a Criminal Questionnaire/Consent Form
Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in an acute care or hospital-based CT setting
Familiarity with Meditech EHR
Experience with GE CT equipment platforms
Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to assist during weekend coverage as needed
