Job description
CT Technologist – Travel – Jasper, Tennessee
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts

Responsibilities
Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures
Interpret doctors' written instructions accurately
Position patients appropriately for scans
Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images
Administer radiocontrast agents as required
Evaluate scans for technical quality
Follow radiation safety procedures
Maintain accurate patient records
Use McKesson PACS system
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
BLS certification
ARRT (CT) national certification with registration; ARRT (R) optionally
State‑specific licensing when required
Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for prolonged periods
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Compensation
Pay based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend to be determined.
