Job description
Travel CT Technologist – Lumberton, NC
TNAA TotalMed Allied is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13‑week travel assignment in Lumberton, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain procedures to patients.
Position patients for specific scan areas and operate computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal organs and tissues.
Evalue CT scans for technical quality and maintain accurate patient records.
Follow safety procedures when working with radiation and use the McKesson PACS system.
Qualifications
1 year of CT experience.
BLS, ARRT (CT) certification, and registration in computed tomography.
State‑specific licensing when required.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods.
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Assignment Details
• 13 weeks duration
• 36 hours per week
• 12‑hour shift
• Travel assignment
