Job Summary
CT Technologist in the advanced imaging department within a healthcare organization. This role involves operating Siemens CT scanners to perform a variety of imaging procedures, primarily on nights, and ensuring adherence to stroke protocol and other safety standards. The position requires a dedicated technical professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Job Details
Position Description: Operate Siemens CT scanners (Canon Aquilion 64 and 16) performing CNS, MSK, body, and angiography studies. Responsible for following stroke protocol and maintaining technical quality. No blocked scheduling, with weekend and holiday requirements.
Required Qualifications: Licensed Certified CT Technologist ARRT (CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist ARRT (R), BLS (AHA) certification, minimum of 2 years of CT experience, ability to work nights ), and 40 hours per week starting from 10/05/2026 through 01/04/2027.
Preferred Qualifications: Cardiac experience is preferred but not required.
Additional Information: EMR systems utilized include Cerner; PACS by Merge. The department has a radiology supervisor and lead tech on-site. No float rotation required. The department performs imaging on CNS, MSK, and other body parts, with a focus on stroke protocols.
