Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring 2+ years of CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification.
Details
Acute care setting performing radiographic and CT procedures
Uses EPIC EMR
3x12-hour shifts with start times varying between 6:30am, 8am, or 11am
Rotating weekends and holidays required
36 guaranteed hours per week
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in Radiology or CT
ARRT (CT) certification required
BLS certification required
License required if applicable
Must be able to work independently exercising judgment and initiative to ensure quality diagnostic imaging
Additional Information
Perform radiographic and CT procedures at a technical and professional level without requiring constant supervision
Responsible for ensuring quality images and pertinent diagnostic information for interpreting physicians
Radiation badge must be provided by the agency, as the facility does not supply one
Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the facility
Local candidates are not accepted for this position
First-time travelers may be considered
Returning travelers who previously worked at this or other WVU Medicine facilities must have taken a 2-year break before reapplying
Travelers are limited to a maximum of one cumulative year working within WVU facilities before requiring a 2-year break
