Seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 26-week travel assignment at Glens Falls Hospital in Glens Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong CT/PET experience and be skilled in performing routine and advanced CT procedures, contrast administration, IV access, and working with EPIC EMR.

3x 12-hour shifts
Day shifts
Every 3rd weekend
No on-call requirement
26-week travel assignment
No block scheduling
Travel candidates only
Candidate must have their own vehicle

COVID vaccination strongly encouraged but not required
Key Duties:
Perform a variety of CT procedures using independent judgment and prescribed techniques
Complete routine diagnostic CT procedures accurately and efficiently
Perform contrast injections and obtain intravenous access
Operate CT scanners and follow established imaging protocols
Prioritize and organize daily workflow
Ensure accurate patient identification and documentation
Provide appropriate patient care and maintain patient safety
Follow radiation safety and department procedures
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare staff
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
Perform basic computer functions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recent CT/PET experience required
Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license required
ARRT (CT) certification required
BLS (AHA) required
EPIC EMR experience required
Contrast injection experience required
GE scanner experience preferred
Previous/current travel experience strongly encouraged
Must be CT certified and NYS licensed
Candidate must have their own vehicle
Permanent address must be included and must match Driver’s License/State ID
Current NY State Rad Tech license, ARRT, and BLS must be uploaded with profile
Skills checklist must be current within the past year
One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required
14-panel drug screen must be completed through an agency capable of running the entire panel within 24 hours of offer acceptance
Welle Verbal De-escalation bundle, CPI, or PMCS training required for onboarding
No more than 5 days of RTO;
all RTO must be submitted and verified at upload
Must meet all Glens Falls Hospital medical and vaccination compliance requirements
Patterns Hiring Job ID # . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
