Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT certification in both Radiography and CT, and at least 2 years of specialty experience, for a 13-week assignment at a Rochester, MN clinic.
Details
CT Body division within the Radiology department
Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
13-week assignment length
On-site position with on-call responsibilities that may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
Uses Epic for charting
Requirements
ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Associate's degree in a related field and graduate of an accredited radiography program
Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and/or 3 total travel assignments
State licensure required if applicable
No pending license allowed at time of consideration
Must demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to varied hours and shift lengths
Additional Information
Produce high-quality diagnostic images meeting departmental standards for physician interpretation
Maintain competence across a variety of imaging equipment and technology
Follow proper safety protocols for patients, self, and support staff
Foster teamwork through effective communication
Maintain flexibility to work across multiple locations, shift times, and lengths
COVID vaccination and booster required for consideration
First-time travelers may be considered with sufficient specialty experience
Returning travelers may stay on assignment up to one year from their initial start date before requiring a break prior to a new assignment
