Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring ARRT certification and independent trauma scanning experience.
Details
CT Scan unit within an academic teaching facility
10-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, 40 hours per week
Schedule includes a minimum of every other weekend and adjustments as needed to meet unit and patient care needs
Coverage required for 2 of the following 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day
Requirements
ARRT certification required
VT license required if applicable, must apply at time of offer
Must be able to independently scan trauma patients
Must be able to start PIVs
Experience in a similar sized teaching facility required
EPIC experience within the past 2 years required
Additional Information
Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays
Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transportation access
All-season or snow tires recommended for vehicles during November through April
Local candidates accepted
Pay rates are tiered based on direct-line mileage distance: local (50 miles or less), radius (51-100 miles), and travel (over 101 miles)
