Job description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ARRT certification and 2+ years of CT scanning experience.
Requirements
ARRT certification required
NYS license required
NYS license to inject required
BLS/CPR certification required
Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
Must be able to scan independently and demonstrate full competency in CT exams for ER patients
License required if applicable
Responsibilities
Hospital-based CT department serving ER patients
Performs all CT exams except specialty studies such as virtual colonoscopy and cardiac CT
Night shift schedule Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 6p-7a
Midnight technologist works independently from 10p-7a with support from an imaging aide for patient transport
Uses Siemens Definition AS CT scanner
Epic EMR and Visage PACS system
Christmas holiday coverage preferred
This location does not accept local candidates
Radius rule of 75 miles applies for this facility
